Terms & Conditions

If you are withdrawing within 30 days of enrollment in a new class/lesson, you will be dropped immediately.  For all other withdraws, the student will be dropped from the class(es)/lesson(s) listed above 30 days after this form is submitted. Tuition will be prorated for the final 30 days of attendance.  If the student is withdrawing from a recital class, refunds will not be issued for recital costumes or class supply fees.  In fairness to the choreographer and remaining students in a recital class, withdrawals from recital classes are not permitted after April 1st.   Students who withdraw from ALL classes & lessons and wish to re-enroll will pay an additional registration fee.
